Return Policy

Since all my products are customized by my clients, all sales are final.


Cancellations/Refunds

You may cancel your order prior to approving your proof – a $50 fee will apply to all cancellations. Once the proof has been approved, all sales are final.


Shipping Information

Shipping is free within the United States only.

I ship via US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

After products have shipped, Paper Doll Invitations is not responsible for lost, damaged, broken, soiled or returned items.


Shipping outside the US

Please contact me for shipping and handling charges. Please be sure to check with your local Customs Headquarters for extra duty and customs charges, as you will be responsible for these additional charges.


Delivery Time

Since I am a small boutique studio, production time usually takes a little longer than the large companies with dozens, if not hundreds, of employees. I very carefully review every order to make sure it’s perfect before sending it to my printer. Your order is not shipped to you from the printer – I also inspect every order after it’s printed to ensure a perfectly printed product. Because of this extra care, delivery time from the approval of the proof to delivery of your order is usually about 14 business days within the contiguous United States – Alaska and Hawaii may take several days longer.


Rush Orders

For Rush Orders, a $100 expediting charge will apply, and orders will be delivered 5 to 7 business days after the proof has been approved within the contiguous United States.

We use an order form for customers to purchase our products.
